Aloha From Maui - Day Two

On our second day in Maui we enjoyed a little "Up-Country" time at my parents house.  It is surrounded by lovely lush farmland, fruit trees, flowers and even a few farm animals.  It was a great way to start a relaxing day walking Koa and admiring all the local beauty.

We drove to the Kahili Golf Course Restaurant for lunch on our way to Napili Shores.  The golf course and restaurant are tucked away in the West Maui Mountains.  The dining room and the lanai over look the 18 hole golf course with great views of the ocean and Haleakala Mountain.  Lunch was delicious and even though it was a bit cloudy the views were beautiful.
