A Little Felt on LTC's - An Economical Idea

I just created some simple LTC's for my "Make A Wish" traditional Letterbox and I wanted to add an embellishment to the cards. I did not have anything ready made that fit the theme of the cards. I decided to make my own felt embellishments. I stamped a heart image onto pink felt, embossed it (if you heat it too long it could melt). I cut the hearts out, stapled them on to the cards and then added glitter glue over the top. This is a really economical way to create your own embellishments. Felt embellishments can be expensive at the craft stores but a sheet of felt is under a dollar.

  1. Did the glitter glue hide the staples? Were you using regular staples or very small staples? The LTCs turned out so cute! I love this idea!
