Santa Baby I love bacon! In my stocking I found a gift card to the one and only Bacon restaurant in Boise - John Berryhill's Bacon! Who knew? Obviously Santa did! It was our first trip to the magical land of Bacon the downtown breakfast-lunch bistro and coffee shop. Naturally we had to order the Bacon Sampler which included one strip of each of their 8 different varieties of bacon. They cook a strip of bacon every minute they are open. Now that's a lot of bacon.
